DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
100%. My bags are packed and ready to go.
I am based in Sacramento and don't charge for travel anywhere within 50 miles of Sacramento.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
For engagement sessions, the turnaround is within 30 days (usually sooner!). For weddings, the turnaround is up to 90 days for all your final images. However, as wedding days are a big freaking deal and it physically hurts me for you to only see iPhone photos, I send over a few sneak peaks within a week of the wedding.
HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN I EXPECT? WHAT WILL THEY LOOK LIKE?
As every session and wedding is different, I don't like to give out specific numbers but I can give you an estimate. With a 60 minute engagement session, you will receive around 60-80 edited images. For full coverage weddings, it is around 75-100 photos per every hour. So an 8 hour wedding would be around 600-1000 photos. Trust me, it's a lot!

My photography style is considered photojournalism - focusing on the beautiful, candid moments with light direction and no forced posing.
No, I do not deliver RAWS or any unedited photos.
WHAT IS AN ONLINE GALLERY?
Your final images (a mixture of color and black and white) will be delivered via a link to your own online gallery. You can share this link with friends and family, download high-resolution and web-optimized sized photos, and even create 'favorite' lists. These files will be hosted online for up to a year, but I suggest you download and back them up immediately. Your photos will also be delivered on a USB via mail at the end of the season.
WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE WITH MY PHOTOS?
Your photos are ALL yours to use in any personal capacity! Share them, download them, print them, put them on mugs and t-shirts. However, you may not sell your images for profit or publish the photos in any magazine (print or online) without my written consent. I offer printing directly through your online gallery!
DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS?
I do indeed! They are beautiful heirloom albums with lay-flat pages that are hand-bound with premium leather or linen. The front covers are embossed with your names and wedding date and are offered in several different colors. They are made by RedTree and are 1000% worth it. There is also an option to add a smaller discounted companion album, a perfect gift for parents or loved ones.
WE'VE ALREADY DONE AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION, CAN WE SUB IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
Well, why'd you go and do that!!
I looove breaking the ice with an engagement session which is why it is included in all my packages. It allows you to get comfortable with my shooting style and poses. We're able to figure out what poses work best for you and your honey, and by the time the wedding day comes around you'll be pros. As the engagement shoot is complimentary, it cannot be exchanged or discounted.
WHAT'S THE BOOKING PROCESS?
Once we have figured out your perfect package, I will send you a wedding photography contract. I need a signed contract and the $1,500 non-refundable retainer in order to hold your date. Your remaining balance is due at least 14 days before the wedding date. If you would like to split up payments, please let me know and we can arrange this.
