Land’s End / Sutro Baths area is definitely a popular choice for sessions and the reason I never get tired of shooting there is I never know what kind of weather we are going to get. As someone who isn’t originally from the Bay, Karl the Fog still confuses me so much. It seems backwards that the summer months in SF are always cold and foggy and the best sunsets happen in winter!! For Maddie & Stephen’s session, I left the 112 degree heat in Sacramento and by the time I got to the beach it was only 65f - so wild!!

However, Maddie & Stephen didn’t let the cold weather bother them. We ran around in the foggy woods and ended up barefoot on the beach. The photo with the birds is one of my new all-time favorites :) I can’t wait to capture their wedding next year!
